Ludolore only collects personal data that you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address, and message. This data is used exclusively to respond to your requests.

Audience measurement

This site uses Matomo, an analytics tool hosted on our own servers, to measure its traffic. This measurement is anonymized: your IP address is masked (2 bytes) and a first-party audience
measurement cookie (maximum lifetime 13 months) is used solely to distinguish visitors. No data is shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes. Anonymous visit data is
retained for a maximum of 12 months.

In accordance with the guidelines of the French data protection authority (CNIL), this audience measurement is exempt from consent. You may object at any time by contacting us at

Data retention

Data submitted through the contact form is not stored in any database on this site. It is only transmitted by email to the site administrator. No personal data is retained on the server beyond sending the message.
